About: Our 100% natural and food-grade Gotu Kola extract powder is extracted from the dried leaves of the Centella asiatica plant. The extract powder is obtained by spray-drying the liquid Gotu Kola extract, and the concentration of this extract is 10:1, meaning that 10 parts of the raw Gotu Kola leaves are concentrated to 1 part of the extract powder. Gotu Kola extract powder has a longer shelf life (1-2 years) than its liquid counterpart and can be diluted on a personally preferred ratio (with water or a similar medium). Gotu Kola extract is linked to several health benefits, including improved cognitive function, reduced anxiety and stress, and improved skin health. It is a rich source of antioxidants and bioactive compounds, such as triterpenoids, which have been found to support healthy brain function and enhance blood circulation.
