Local Delivery Policy (within Sri Lanka)

We deliver island-wide.
Local orders will be delivered via a courier service.
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any modification made to a confirmed order remains in a pending stage until confirmed by the facility.
The time period for Standard Delivery is 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
The time period for Express Delivery is 2-3 business days.
Local Delivery rates are calculated as follows;

Orders over Rs.10,000 (LKR) (Standard / Express Delivery)	Free / 800

International Shipping Policy

International orders will be shipped via Express Mail Service of Sri Lanka /FedEx.
We will not be responsible for clearance, import duties, and taxes, if any.
All orders will be processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), using the latest exchange rates.
International shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, and the destination. The respective shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping times may vary, depending on the destination;

Asia	5-7 business days
USA, Canada, Australia	5-7 business days
United Kingdom & European Countries	5-7 business days
South America	10-15 business days
Other Countries	10-15 business days

The delivery period mentioned on our site will neither form a condition nor a warranty. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
