 International Shipping & Local Delivery 

 

Local Delivery Policy (within Sri Lanka)

  • We deliver island-wide.

  • Local orders will be delivered via a courier service. 

  • Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any modification made to a confirmed order remains in a pending stage until confirmed by the facility.  

  • The time period for Standard Delivery is 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

  • The time period for Express Delivery is 2-3 business days.

  • Local Delivery rates are calculated as follows;
First 1kg
(Standard Delivery / Express Delivery)		  LKR 500 / LKR 650
Each additional 1kg 
(Standard Delivery / Express Delivery) 		 +LKR 170 / +LKR 200
Orders over Rs.10,000 (LKR) 
(Standard Delivery / Express Delivery) 		 Free Delivery / LKR 800

 

International Shipping Policy 

  • International orders will be shipped via Express Mail Service of Sri Lanka /FedEx.

  • We will not be responsible for clearance, import duties, and taxes, if any.

  • All orders will be processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), using the latest exchange rates.
  • International shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, and the destination. The respective shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping times may vary, depending on the destination;
Asia 5-7 business days
USA, Canada, Australia 5-7 business days
United Kingdom & European Countries 5-7 business days
South America 10-15 business days
Other Countries 10-15 business days

  • The delivery period mentioned on our site will neither form a condition nor a warranty. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
