1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping (registered) from Sri Lanka to any country in the world. Please refer our Shipping Policy for rates and shipping times. 

 

2. How does shipping and delivery work once the order is placed?

Once you place the order online you will be sent a confirmation to the email or phone number provided by you. Till the order reaches you, you'll be updated of its status and a tracking number will be provided for international orders. Please refer our Shipping Policy for shipping terms and conditions.

 

3. Is there a physical store I can visit?

No, we are an e-commerce brand which exclusively operate online. Our offices are located in Colombo, Sri Lanka (+94 071-071-8495) and Wyoming, USA (+1 307-240-2374).

 

4. How can I order in bulk?

Quantities exceeding 5 times the largest listed quantity of a product qualify as a bulk quantity. Please send your requests to sales@cavemanredux.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours. 

 

5. What are the payment options offered by you?

Both international and local orders can be paid for via our secure payment gateway, Payhere or Paypal. We offer cash on delivery on orders within Sri Lanka.

 

6. What is the store currency?

Our store currency is LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees). We process all orders in LKR, using the latest exchange rates. You can change the displayed currency on the website from the drop down menu at the top right corner. 

 

7. Can I make adjustments to my order?

Yes, if you have an account with us please login to your account for any modifications of your order. If not, please inform us of the required changes to sales@cavemanredux.com. Update requests for orders which have already been dispatched will not be accommodated. 

 

8. I received an order which is incorrect / damaged?

We are sorry to hear that there is a fault with your order. We will take immediate measures to make things right. Please direct your complaint to sales@cavemanredux.com. Please refer our Returns Policy for terms and conditions on returns and refunds. 

 

9. I did not receive my order?

If your wait time has exceeded the specified shipping period mentioned in our Shipping Policy, please reach out to us at sales@cavemanredux.com.

Note: You are entitled for an order cancellation if we fail to deliver within the specified time.
