How to Use:

  1. Fill: Take off the upper lid and take out the inner absorbent cotton stick. Fill around half of the tank with water or hydrosol. 

  2. Add Oils or Hydrosol: Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil into the water (hydrosols can be used in place of water, without having the need to add essential oils).

  3. Set up: Submerge the cotton stick in water and put the cotton stick back to the cotton core holder and close the upper lid.

  4. Activate Lights: Adjust the light settings and LED colors using the button on the diffuser.

  5. Enjoy: Breathe in the calming mist and embrace a relaxed atmosphere. Auto-off function ensures safety and energy efficiency.

Note: This product comes with an 4 extra absorbent cotton sticks. Replace and clean the cotton stick after a few uses to ensure optimal diffusion. Do not shake the device after adding water, as the water may enter the fan port, causing damage to the internal circuit. You can purchase additional cotton sticks, depending on the usage. 

Warranty: This product comes with a one-month checking warranty, covering manufacturing defects. If any defects are found within this period, you may request a free repair or replacement (intentional damage or misuse is not covered by the warranty).

Yes, you may choose to place the order online and collect it from the store. Once the order is ready for pick-up, we will be notifying you on the provided email or phone number. 

(6) How can I order in bulk or get bulk discounts?

Quantities exceeding 5 times the largest listed quantity of a product qualify as a bulk quantity. A further discount can be given for bulk purchases. Please send bulk order requests to sales@cavemanredux.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Both international and local orders can be paid via our secure payment gateway, Payhere. We offer cash on delivery on orders within Sri Lanka.

Our store currency is LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees). We process all orders in LKR, using the latest exchange rates. You can change the displayed currency on the website from the drop down menu at the top right corner. 

(9) Can I make adjustments to my order?

Yes, if you have an account with us please login to your account for any modifications of your order. If not, please inform us of the required changes to sales@cavemanredux.com. Update requests for orders which have already been dispatched will not be accommodated.
