  • Relaxation & Sleep: Used in aromatherapy to relieve stress and anxiety, while aiding restful sleep.

  • Insect Repellent: Its woody scent naturally discourages insects like mosquitoes and fleas.

  • Natural Deodorizer: Ideal in colognes and aftershaves for a long-lasting, grounding fragrance.

Directions for Topical Use: Dilute Cedarwood essential oil (2–3%) with a carrier oil before topical application to minimize any skin sensitivity.

How to Use Cedarwood Oil:

  1. Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of Cedarwood essential oil to a diffuser or oil burner to infuse your space with a calming, woodsy scent. Inhale directly for emotional grounding and mental clarity. Cedarwood essential oil can be used as a standalone product or mixed with other essential oils to create essential oil blends.

  2. Skincare: Mix 2–5 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to oily, acne-prone, or irritated skin.

  3. Hair Care: Blend with a carrier oil and massage into the scalp to help reduce hair fall and balance oiliness. Leave on for 15–30 minutes before rinsing. It can also be incorporated into shampoos.

  4. Pain Relief (Massages): Combine Cedarwood oil with a carrier oil and massage onto sore muscles or joints. Add to bath water for relaxing muscle relief.

  5. Sleep Aid: Diffuse 30 minutes before bedtime or apply diluted oil to wrists and feet to promote deep relaxation.

  6. Natural Cleaning: Mix Cedarwood essential oil with water, vinegar, or alcohol (5–20%) and use it as a household cleaner with a grounding, deodorizing aroma.

  7. Insect Repellent: Spray diluted Cedarwood oil around windows, doorways, or on skin to repel insects naturally.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be mixed with a carrier oil (2-5% of essential oil in 95-98% of carrier oil) before applying on the skin.
