How to Use Clary Sage Oil:

- Hair Care: Combine Clary Sage oil with a carrier oil and massage into the scalp to reduce stress and support hair vitality. Leave for 15–30 minutes before washing out. It can also be added to shampoo or conditioner.
- Pain Relief (Massages): Dilute with a carrier oil and massage onto sore muscles, lower abdomen (for cramps), or temples to ease physical tension and discomfort.
