Oregano essential oil, also referred to as pure Oregano oil, is the 100% natural oil extract obtained through steam distillation of the leaves of the Origanum vulgare plant. How to Use Oregano Oil:

1. Aromatherapy: Diffuse Oregano essential oil in an essential oil diffuser or oil burner. Inhale directly or from a tissue for congestion relief and calming effects. Oregano essential oil can be used as a standalone product or mixed with other essential oils to create essential oil blends. 
2. Skincare: Dilute 2–5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and apply to affected skin areas. 
3. Hair Care: Blend with a carrier oil (2–5% dilution) and massage into scalp. Leave on for 15–30 minutes before washing. It can also be added to shampoo or conditioner.
4. Pain Relief & Massage: Massage diluted Oregano essential oil onto sore muscles or joints. Add to bathwater for soothing full-body relief.
5. Respiratory Support: Inhale steam with a few drops of Oregano essential oil added to hot water. 
6. Sleep Aid: Diffuse before bedtime or apply a diluted blend to your wrists, neck, or soles of your feet for relaxation.
7. Natural Cleaning: Add to water, vinegar, or alcohol (5–20% dilution) for a natural disinfecting cleaner.
