Our Ashwagandha extract powder is produced from premium Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) roots which are extracted using a hydroalcoholic extraction process. The extraction solvents are subsequently removed during concentration and drying, resulting in a dry Ashwagandha extract powder.
Unlike regular Ashwagandha powder, which is simply ground root, Ashwagandha extract is produced through a specialized extraction process that concentrates the plant’s naturally occurring active compounds, including withanolides. As a result, a much smaller amount of extract is typically needed compared to raw root powder.
