- Skincare: Mix 2–5 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to areas of concern such as blemishes or muscle discomfort.
- Hair Care: Blend with a carrier oil and massage into the scalp. Leave for 20–30 minutes and wash thoroughly.
- Pain Relief & Massage: Use as a massage oil diluted in a carrier to soothe sore muscles and joints.
