Origin: The Dead Sea is the most saline body of water in the world with far greater concentrations of minerals than any ocean (a concentration of 32% minerals compared to other seas, holding approximately 3%). Dead Sea Mineral Mud is a natural element yielded by and harvested from the mineral-rich Dead Sea. The Queen of Sheba first discovered and told the world of the mystical healing powers of the Dead Sea. Later, Cleopatra traveled from Egypt to build a spa along the shores of the Dead Sea, which was the first spa ever built. Dead Sea Salt and Dead Sea Mud have been used for a long time for treatment of various disorders such as wound healing, rheumatoid arthritis, joint diseases, skin disorders and ageing effects.

Suggested Use: The Dead Sea mud is derived from older sediments or the red-brown soils that are usually swept back into the sea during the winter time. It is well known for its therapeutic properties for skin diseases, as it contains a unique composition of minerals. However Dead Sea mud isn't only used for cosmetic purposes. It is very effective in treating joint and muscle pain. Use Dead Sea Mud as a mask once or twice per week as needed. Apply a sparely thin layer (mixed with lukewarm water) on skin or hair and rinse well after 5-10 minutes.
