How to Use Fenugreek Oil:
- Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of Fenugreek essential oil to a diffuser or oil burner to enjoy its calming, spicy aroma. Fenugreek essential oil can be used as a standalone product or mixed with other essential oils to create essential oil blends.
- Skincare: Dilute 2–5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil. Apply to areas affected by acne or puffiness. Always patch test first.
- Hair Care: Mix with a carrier oil (2–5% dilution) and massage into the scalp. Leave on for 15–30 minutes before rinsing. Add a few drops to shampoo or conditioner for enhanced benefits.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be mixed with a carrier oil (2-5% of essential oil in 95-98% of carrier oil) before applying on the skin.
