Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) Essential Oil

Uses: Lavender essential oil is one of the most versatile essential oils used in aromatherapy. It is commonly used for anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Lavender oil may benefit the skin in numerous ways. It has the ability to lessen acne, help lighten skin, reduce wrinkles, soothes eczema and dry skin.
