How to Use Sandalwood Oil:

Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of Sandalwood essential oil to a diffuser or oil burner to fill the room with a calming aroma. Inhale directly to ease mental fatigue and support focus. Sandalwood essential oil can be used as a standalone product or mixed with other essential oils to create essential oil blends.

Skincare: Mix 2–5 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. Apply to clean skin to treat dryness, acne, discolouration, irritation or as nourishing body oil or perfume.

Hair Care: Blend with a carrier oil and massage into the scalp. Leave on for 15–30 minutes before rinsing.

Pain Relief (Massages): Dilute with a carrier oil and massage into tense areas, sore muscles, or temples. Add to bathwater for full-body relaxation.

Respiratory Support: Add a few drops to hot water and inhale the steam to ease congestion. Diffuse overnight to support clear breathing.
