- Skincare: Mix 2–5 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to the skin to soothe discomfort and muscle or joint pain.
- Hair Care: Massage into the scalp with carrier oil to invigorate and reduce flakiness and pacify headaches. Add a drop to shampoo or conditioner for a refreshing, clean scent.
- Pain Relief (Massages): Dilute and massage into muscles or joints to relieve tension, stiffness, and pain. Excellent after exercise or physical exertion.
- Respiratory Support: Inhale steam with a few drops of Wintergreen oil to relieve congestion. Diffuse to help with sinus or respiratory discomfort.
- Natural Cleaning: Use Wintergreen oil with vinegar or alcohol (5–20% dilution) for natural surface disinfecting. Adds a fresh minty scent to your home.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be mixed with a carrier oil (2-5% of essential oil in 95-98% of carrier oil) before applying on the skin.
