About: Our Organic Coconut Milk Powder is a product sourced from the fresh meat of organic Coconuts grown in certified organic farms of Sri Lanka. The oil-rich extract obtained from Coconut meat is mixed with filtered water to obtain full fat Coconut milk. This milk is spray dried to form the water soluble, Coconut milk powder (Maltodextrin is added as a filler). Due to its higher fat content, Coconut milk powder can be used as a dairy replacement in numerous recipes such as curries, soups, sauces, desserts and beverages. Organic Coconut milk powder is rich in naturally occurring electrolytes and healthy fats that help the digestive organs function properly. This helps the gut metabolize fat, remove waste from the body, and prevent gut-related ailments such as IBS. Even though studies have been carried out to find a substitute for Coconut milk, There is no identified Coconut milk substitute which can provide the same nutrient profile of raw organic Coconuts. 

Suggested Use: Coconut milk and Coconut milk powder are traditionally used in many Southeast Asian curries and soups, in order to balance spice levels and provide a rich texture. It is also a great ingredient to be used in dairy-free desserts, soups, cocktails, juices and curries. Pour the milk powder into the food preparation or hot water and stir continuously till milk is formed.
