What is the difference between alpha arbutine and beta arbutine in overcoming hypepigmentation ?

Thanks fot skincare products.

Alpha-arbutin is a synthetic compound known for its stability and potency in inhibiting melanin production, making it effective in treating hyperpigmentation. Beta-arbutin, is less stable and less effective in reducing melanin synthesis. Due to these properties, alpha-arbutin is often preferred in skincare formulations targeting hyperpigmentation. However both target hyperpigmentation. Thank you!
